PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that if wear resistance of a repaired region of a repaired component of a low-pressure turbine is too high, a mate component wears.;SOLUTION: The component of the low-pressure turbine with a damaged part is repaired by the steps of: mixing a brazing filler metal powder with a wear-resistant powder to be molded; pre-sintering the mixed and molded powder to form preform brazing filler metal; putting the preform brazing filler metal on the damaged part; heating the component of the low-pressure turbine with the damaged part together with the preform brazing filler metal in a non-oxidative atmosphere at a sufficient temperature for a sufficient time; and machining the sintered preform brazing filler metal to restore an original shape of the component of the low-pressure turbine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
