As for the acknowledgment radio communication terminal, the data was divided due to the static time slot which is allotted at 1st point in time during collision detection period, the sensing station which it judges whether or not one was detected, the transmission processing section which transmits at least portion of the data which is divided to receiving end and, between static time slot of 1st point in time energy of the other terminal and at least with the channel of receiving end either among feature information and, it has, when energy and neither feature information of the other terminal is detected on the basis of the judgment of the sensing station, the transmission processing section transmits the remaining data which is divided.
