PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve pseudo interaction by including question sentences and brief response sentences without using complicated algorithm or a large-scale system. PSOLUTION: A digital story provision system includes: a paragraph information storage unit 21 for storing identification information on a paragraph composed of a plurality of sentences; a sentence data storage unit 22 for storing question sentences for prompting a user to answer and brief response sentences including brief answers together with the display order of the sentences; a speech receiving means 41 for receiving user's speech; a paragraph retrieval means 42 for determining a paragraph to be displayed from among a plurality of paragraphs; a sentence output means 43 for extracting sentence data composing the paragraph and distributing the extracted sentence data to a user terminal according to the output order; a brief answer sentence extraction means 44 for extracting an incomplete brief answer sentence to be displayed next to a distributed question sentence; and a brief answer sentence generation means 45 for inserting a user answer into the incomplete brief answer sentence to complete a brief answer sentence.
