PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Raschel lace knit fabric RV with an anti-skid function having a very effective anti-skid function, so as to solve the problem of conventional raschel lace knit fabrics without losing characteristics and good feeling of the beautiful-looking lace fabric. PSOLUTION: An anti-skid functional covering thread T, which is obtained by covering a flexible and elastic anti-skid functional thread with a soluble thread, is knitted in a ground chain stitch C1, which composes a ground texture part G of the designed raschel lace knit fabric R with elasticity, as an anti-skid texture part C2. Then, the soluble thread of the anti-skid functional covering thread T is dissolved to be removed, so that an anti-skid needle loop N2 covers a needle loop N1 to be in a state where the both form a dual loop structure D, and then a means for obtaining the anti-skid function is provided by projecting the anti-skid needle loop N2 to the rear surface B side of the fabric.
