PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a common pallet for placing vehicle, whose user cannot be determined, to be used with an easy operation without being attended by a custodian.;SOLUTION: A control system 22 of a mechanical parking device 10 comprises, as pallets for placing vehicle, general pallets on which predetermined users only can place vehicles and common pallets whose users that can place vehicles thereon are not predetermined.
