PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for simply and surely guiding a user to an indoor destination.;SOLUTION: In a sign device 2 of this indoor guidance system 1, route information is held showing a direction to a sign device 2 to be next passed by in a route to a destination. This user terminal 3 is used for: performing radio communication with a nearby sign device 2 to acquire route information while acquiring a direction with the own terminal facing therein; calculating a display angle for determining the slope of an arrow for guidance on the basis of the directions and ; and causing the arrow, which is inclined at the display angle , to be displayed on the own terminal. When the user moves according to the displayed arrow and radio communication becomes possible with a next sign device 2, route information is acquired from the next sign device 2 to update the display of the arrow for guidance.
