PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for accessing from a portable terminal having a short-range communication function to a website on a network via a Web terminal.;SOLUTION: The portable terminal receives electronic mail with URL information on a predetermined website added thereto, the mail being transmitted from a service providing server via the network; separates the URL information from the electronic mail and holds the information; generates, as internal data associated with the URL information, a command to start a Web terminal registered in advance, a command to start a Web browser of the Web terminal, and a command to transmit a URL of Web contents via the Web terminal and to perform page transition; and sequentially transmits each command to the Web terminal to control the Web terminal to receive the Web contents based on the URL information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
