PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a letterpress printing apparatus with which the mixing of foreign objects in printed matter is reduced, and printing of a high quality is made possible by reducing the variation in an ink concentration on an anilox roll, and to provide a manufacturing method for printed matters.;SOLUTION: The letterpress printing apparatus includes: an ink feeding apparatus which feeds an ink to the anilox roll under a non-contact state; a washing liquid feeding unit which feeds a washing liquid onto the surface of the anilox roll as an anilox roll washing apparatus; an air blower unit which jets a pressurized gas to the anilox roll after the washing liquid has been fed; and a washing liquid recovery unit which receives the washing liquid having been fed onto the surface of the anilox roll.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
