PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the learning accuracy of the torque point of a hydraulic clutch.;SOLUTION: If an oil pressure command value to a hydraulic clutch 28 is reduced, an engine E is separated from driving wheels W when the hydraulic clutch 28 reaches the torque point in a process in which the hydraulic clutch is shifted from an engaged state to a disengaged state, and then, a load of the engine E is reduced and the engine speed becomes a fixed value, thereby stabilizing the depression at engine manifold of the engine E. If the hydraulic clutch 28 reaches the torque point and the depression at engine manifold of the engine E is stabilized, it is configured to learn the initial control value being the oil pressure command value when the hydraulic clutch 28 reaches the torque point based on the then depression at engine manifold. Conventionally, a state that the hydraulic clutch 28 reaches the torque point is detected by a change in the engine speed.
