PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which encourages an attendant user to move across a wide area in a hall.;SOLUTION: A plurality of access point devices (AP devices) are placed at a plurality of points in a hall. A server device is connected to the plurality of AP devices. The user moves in the hall with a portable radio-communicable information processing terminal (user terminal) carried. The server device has software (quiz rally software) to present a plurality of quizzes corresponding to the plurality of AP devices, and distributes the quiz rally software to the user terminals. The user terminal runs the quiz rally software, and when the user terminal is not in any of communication areas of the AP devices, at least a quiz of the plurality of quizzes which any users not yet answer is not presented to the user terminal, but on the other hand, when a user terminal enters a communication area of an AP device of the plurality of AP devices, a quiz corresponding to an access point device of the plurality of quizzes is presented to the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
