PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry for production of a denitration catalyst, which enables a catalytically active component to spread up to the inside area of a ceramic fiber sheet and thus can bring about a longer catalyst life and which attains such a shortened manufacturing process as to reduce the production cost; and to provide a method for production of the slurry, a method for production of the denitration catalyst by using the slurry and the denitration catalyst produced by the method.;SOLUTION: The slurry for production of the denitration catalyst includes a silica sol, titania particles, metavanadic acid particles supported on the titania particles, metatungstic acid particles, and ammonium salt of an organic acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
