PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, method, program and system for generating a three-dimensional shape model, to increase the accuracy of a new three-dimensional shape model to be generated with the use of statistical processing.;SOLUTION: A model generation part adds displacements T₁-T₅ from polygon coordinates Ka₁-Ka₅ constituting an initial homology model HMa generated with initial values of body shape parameters to polygon coordinates Kb₁-Kb₅ constituting a target homology model HMb generated with target values of the body shape parameters, to polygon coordinates Ki₁-Ki₅ of a reference homology model HMi corresponding to the initial values of the body shape parameters to whereby generate polygon coordinates Ks₁-Ks₅ of a simulation model HMs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
