PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transfer points of electronic money of a mobile terminal without accessing a web site. PSOLUTION: Transfer setting information is stored in a first storage area 16a of a mobile terminal 11, and a point transfer rate is stored in a storage part 24 of a reader-writer 21. The reader-writer 21 is set to a first electronic money communication part 22a, the mobile terminal 11 is brought close to the reader-writer 21, the first storage area 16a is accessed and the transfer setting information is received. The points of first electronic money are subtracted, and the points of second electronic money equivalent to the points of the first electronic money to be transferred are calculated on the basis of the point transfer rate. A second electronic money communication part 22b is used to access a second storage area 16b, and the calculated points are added to the second points.
