The present invention provides a process for producing a conjugated diene-based polymer comprising polymerizing a monomer component comprising a conjugated diene compound and a silicon-containing vinyl compound using the following compounds (I) and (II), as a polymerization initiator component,(I) an organic alkali metal compound(II) a compound represented by the following formula (I); wherein R¹¹ and R¹² represent a hydrocarbyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms optionally having a substituent.
