The invention relates to the discovery of the planet's underground water tanks-lakes via the self-sown flora or otherwise. The technique focuses on meteorological, biological, geological, hydrological matters as well as on matters related to the composition and condition of the soil. The solution of the problem is based on the re-establishment -as the case may be- of the hydronomic investment map to press the costs down. The invention can be applied for water supply, irrigation, drainage and qualitative environment upgrade.
