The present invention refers to a device for the generation and manipulation of coherent soliton matter waves, particularly, for the generation of the soliton bullet in atoms from the Bose-Einstein condensate based on the parametric resonance excitation, also referring to the process for generating coherent matter waves in a continuous or pulsed mode. The present invention is intended to create an atom laser and generate soliton bullets in atoms, upon using the condensate as a source of atom soliton non-linear waves, which is contained in a magnetic trap, and can be trapped and manipulated by the magnetic field due to the magnetic moments of the atoms. The invention is based on the variation of the time in the parameters of the single-dimensional trap having a cigarette shape, where the atoms of the condensate may be extracted in the form of coherent soliton bullets due to the parametric resonance. The atom laser adjusted to the parametric resonance can be applied to atomic clocks for improving navigation of aircrafts; non-linear atomic optic or extra-fine lithography for improving the accuracy in the design of integrated circuits; in the atomic interferometer for measuring the gravity force with a high precision.
