Referred to a procedure for the Recovery of Gold from the Black Sand, which does not use Mercury or cyanide in any of its stages, which gets concentrated, with grades of up to 70% of Global Gold and Gold recoveries of up to 90%.Said method consists in: (a) a process of gravity concentration of Black Sand that allows to obtain Coarse Gold Concentrate with maturities of more than 7% of Gold in a Vibration table; b) a process of concentration of low and High Intensity Magnetic Concentrate obtained in wet Nest,Obtaining a residual Magnetic; (c) a process of direct casting non-magnetic Concentrate obtained using borax and 1200ufffdc, to obtain a semi refined gold Ingot and slag clean and smooth; (d) a process of Froth Flotation, which processes the product Magnetic the concent Magnetic Concentrate ration of the vibration TableTo get around 90% Gold; (e) a direct Smelting process of Magnetic Flotation Concentrate Product obtained using borax and 1200ufffdc, obtaining a Semi Refined Ingot and slag clean and smooth; (f) a froth Flotation process, which processes the rel Bird of the concentration in the vibration TableRecovered 80% of the remaining Gold; (g) a direct Smelting process of Concentrate of Flotation Tailings of VIBRATING Table obtained using borax and 1200ufffdc, to obtain a semi refined gold Ingot and slag clean and smooth
