The solution concerns the way in which waste generated by the pulp and paper industry is reduced or eliminated, while at the same time significantly reducing or eliminating energy costs and the disposal of hazardous and harmful waste. The method is that the process is carried out in aqueous solution of production waste with the maximum dry mass content 15,00%,with the contribution of water at hypercritical temperature from 400oC to 550oC, at working pressure from 25,00 MPa to 60,00 MPa, between 2 to 15 minutes, with the reaction gas fractions stored for energy purposes and the non-combustible fractions absorbed favourably in acid carbonate solutions Potassium, monoethylamines, calcium carbonate or dolomite, whereas inorganic compounds and metal compounds are precipitated in the form of harmless salts.
