The invention relates to a multifunctional medical litter which is actuated manually. According to the invention, the litter comprises a main frame (), whereon there are mounted two front and back supporting mechanisms (), respectively, with manual actuation, which may operate synchronously or non-synchronously, the front mechanism () consisting of two parallelogram-mechanisms () which operate parallelly, whereto there are attached some support wheels (), some shoes () which move along some bars (), some bars () articulated at one end in two points () to the parallelogram mechanisms (), and at the other end articulated in two other points () to some fix brackets (), a bar () being articulated at one end in a point () to the parallelogram mechanisms () by means of a connection bar (), and at the other end to a shoe () in a point (), the shoe () moving along a bar (), the back mechanism () consisting of two parallelogram mechanisms () to which there are attached some support-wheels (), some shoes () which move along the bars (), some bars () articulated at one end in two points () to the parallelogram mechanisms (), and at the other end articulated in two points () by some fixed brackets (), a bar () being articulated at one end in a point () to the parallelogram mechanisms () by means of a connection bar (), and at the other end to the shoe () in a point (), the mentioned shoe () moving along the bar ().
