A method for remote recording of vertical profiles of air temperature by radio-acoustic sounding of atmosphere relates to radio-location meteorology, in particular to radio-acoustic methods of measurement of atmosphere parameters, and can be used in design works and in construction of objects of wind-power engineering, at compilation of short-term weather forecast, at meteorological provision of ecological monitoring of atmosphere and safety of take-off and landing of aircrafts for different purposes, at compilation of radio-climate maps, in investigations of physics of atmosphere, in particular fogs of different origin and like. The method consists in that vertically upwards acoustic pulse with sinusoidal filling is emitted, with radiation of the acoustic pulse with electromagnetic oscillations with wavelength twice larger than the wavelength of the sinusoidal filling of the acoustic pulse, with reception of electromagnetic oscillations reflected from the acoustic pulse, with separation of the signals with frequency of Doppler shift of the electromagnetic oscillations reflected by the acoustic pulse, with determination of the frequencies of the Doppler shift for each point of the line, with calculation of the values of the temperature of air for all the points of the line, with reception of electromagnetic oscillations reflected from the atmospheric inhomogeneities, with separation of the signals with the frequency of Doppler shift of the reflected by atmospheric inhomogeneities electromagnetic oscillations, determination of the frequencies of Doppler shift for electromagnetic oscillations reflected by atmospheric inhomogeneities for each point of the line, with correction of the frequencies of Doppler shift of the electromagnetic oscillations reflected by acoustic pulse to the values of the frequencies of Doppler shift for electromagnetic oscillations reflected with atmospheric inhomogeneities for all the points of the line, and the values of the corrected frequencies of Doppler shift of electromagnetic pulses reflected by acoustic pulse are used for calculation of the values of air temperature for all the points of the line. The technical result is in simultaneous reception of radio-signals reflected from the acoustic pulse and from atmospheric inhomogeneities and separation of the spectra of those by means of respective filters through exclusion of acoustic receiver from the set of the sounding device and decrease of cost of obtaining meteorological information on vertical distribution of temperature in atmosphere.
