METHOD FOR ASSESSMENT OF EARLY LIVER DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH THE ACUTE ILEUS

The method for the assessment of the early liver dysfunction in the patients with the acute ileus comprises the study of the markers of the functional state of hepatocytes in the setting of the increased endotoxicosis. The following markers are assayed: arginase, choline esterase, ornithine carbamoyl transferase, sorbitol dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, transaminases, ceruloplasmins. The changes in the activities of the enzymes above are indicative of the early liver dysfunction allowing the additional correction to supplement the complex surgical treatment for preventing multiorgan failure.
