METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF DOSED SKIN INJURY WITH DETERIORATION OF ALL LAYERS THEREOF EXPERIMENTALLY IN LABORATORY ANIMALS

A method for simulation of dosed skin injury with deterioration of all layers thereof experimentally in laboratory animals involves anesthetization under effect of injection ketamine anaesthesia of experimental animal in dose of 10 mg per 1 kg of animal weight. Skin areas are shaved at back interscapular zone with formation of required area, then animal is fixed to object stage. The shaves animal skin is treated with 40% ethyl alcohol solution. Dosed skin injury is inflicted by mechanical deterioration of all skin layers by means of Proxxon-micromot 50E-28515 drilling machine with speed control unit. The holder fixing iron handle is lowered, and soldering tip in the form of metal plate which area is equal to the area of heat burn contacts with animal skin. Metal plate is held on animal skin for 2 sec.
