СПОСІБ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПРЕМОРБІДНИХ СТАНІВ ГЕПАТОБІЛІАРНОЇ СИСТЕМИ У ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ЛОКОМОТИВНИХ БРИГАД

摘要

A method for detection of premorbid states of hepatobiliary system in locomotive crew workers which prescribes blood investigation. The level of whole bilirubin in blood is determined in dynamics, in the intervals of service record of first five years, and in interval from thirteen to fifteen years. The characteristic is compared to the previous same characteristic, and at its growth the patient is hospitalized and treated accordingly.
