METHOD for assess of efficiency of treatment of arterial hypertension in patients with chronic kidney disease of stage V which receive program hemodialysis

A method for evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of hypertension in patients with chronic kidney disease of stage V receiving program hemodialysis, through echocardiography with calculation of myocardial mass index of left ventricle by Devereux, blood pressure measurement and determination of cardiac remodeling marker level by immuneferment analysis. As a marker of cardiac remodeling plasma level of osteopontin is determined, with daily monitoring of blood pressure, changes in daily blood pressure monitoring parameters are observed and appropriate therapy is prescribed.
