A strain non-sporulating Bacillus subtilis, characterized by comprising: a deletion of at least 300 nucleotides in its SigG gene, which deletion comprises at least deambas part functional regions sigg gene encoding amino acids 67-80 or 229 248, respectively, of laproteína SigG, and said strain is capable of producing a recombinant polypeptide.
