GLOBAL RENEWABLE ENERGY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

An energy transportation and grid support system utilizes atleast one transportable containment module capable of storingthermal or chemical energy typically produced from renewable orgeothermal sources and providing connectivity with energyconversion equipment typically located in a land or sea-basedoperating facility . The system includes circuitry to hookup toan adjacent electricity grid for the provision of grid supportand/or piping to move thermal energy typically used to drivesteam turbines generating electricity. The operating facilityalso includes a communication arrangement to link with andexchange operations control data with a grid or heating operatorand the energy transportation operator. The invention isdirected to both apparatus and method for the energytransportation and grid support system.
