The present invention aims to provide a film for easily identifying the stateofpackaged food and instantly identifying the level of food quality, and amethod ofidentifying the level of food quality with the film. The film is formed with atransparentwindow to enable the packaged food to be identified and printed with imagesshowingthe level of food quality in order to achieve aforementioned object of thepresentinvention. The method of identifying the level of food quality comprises thesteps ofidentifying packaged food through the transparent window formed on the film,comparing the images showing the level of food quality printed on the filmwith the foodquality identified through the transparent window, and identifying the levelof food bycomparing the images showing the level of food quality with the identifiedfood quality.
