An LED backlight drive circuit, a liquid crystal display device, and a manufacturing method of the LED backlight drive circuit. The LED backlight drive circuit comprises at least two LED light strips connected in parallel. An output end of the LED light strip is coupled to a current changing module. The current changing module is provided with a digital potentiometer for balancing a voltage difference between the LED light strips. The current changing module connected in series with the LED light strips is provided with the digital potentiometer, so that the resistance value of the digital potentiometer may be dynamically adjusted according to the resistance value of each LED light strip during use, the sum of the voltage of each LED light strip and the digital potentiometer connected in series with the LED light strip is consistent, voltages coupled to pins of a control chip of the current changing module remain consistent, almost no voltage difference exists between the pins, no extra current is incurred in the control chip, the power consumption of the control chip is decreased, and accordingly the heat generated by the control chip is reduced, thereby decreasing the temperature of the control chip.
