Disclosed is a built-in antenna, comprising: a high-frequency antenna running cable, a low-frequency antenna running cable, a feeding point, a grounding point, a feeding foot, a grounding foot, a feeding conduction band, and a grounding conduction band; wherein the high-frequency antenna running cable is connected to the low-frequency antenna running cable via the feeding point; the feeding point is connected to the feeding foot via the feeding conduction band, and the feeding foot is connected to a radio-frequency circuit of a mobile terminal; and the grounding point is connected to the grounding foot via the grounding conduction band, and the grounding foot is connected to a grounding terminal of the mobile terminal. Also disclosed at the same time is a mobile terminal of a built-in antenna and a communication method therefor. The present invention can be applied to take full advantage of the inner space of a mobile terminal to arrange an antenna while achieving a GPS function, a WLAN function and a mobile terminal communication function, thereby saving the space required by a built-in antenna.
