A method for detection control of a large-diameter dish-type parabolic curved reflective mirror, comprising the following steps: 1) determining a mathematical model of the parabolic curved reflective mirror (S11); 2) presetting a measurement parameter for the present instance, acquiring an ideal three-dimensional model of the parabolic curved reflective mirror on the basis of the mathematical model and of the preset parameter, and acquiring the ideal coordinates of a sampling point in the three-dimensional model (S12); 3) detecting the actual coordinates of the parabolic curved reflective mirror at the sampling point (S13); 4) reconstructing an actual three-dimensional model of the parabolic curved reflective mirror on the basis of the actual coordinates of the sampling point, analyzing the ideal three-dimensional model and the actual three-dimensional model, acquiring the degree of precision of the curved surface of the parabolic curved reflective mirror. Also disclosed is a system for detection control of the large-diameter dish-type parabolic curved reflective mirror corresponding to the control method. This method and system allow for acquisition of the degree of precision of the curved surface of the parabolic curved reflective mirror via easy and convenient operations, and have an increased efficiency.
