A mould orifice plate (4) and a fixed gear rack (8) are fixedly arranged on an apparatus frame body (13); a tray thruster (1) and a seed box assembly (9) are movably arranged on the apparatus frame body (13); a bristle brush wheel (10) and a gear wheel (12) are fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft (14) of the seed box assembly (9); the seed box assembly is sheathed with a movable strutting piece (11) in a rolling way; a rotating plate assembly (5) used for sheathing and mounting a connecting plate (6) is entirely set and arranged under the mould orifice plate (4); a motor (21) and a transmission main shaft (18) are fixedly arranged at a lower side of the apparatus frame body (13); a rocker (15) is hinged on the apparatus frame body (13); two ends of the rocker (15) are respectively hinged with the connecting plate (6) and a push rod (16); a crank (17), a cam (19) and a driving wheel B (22) are fixedly arranged on the transmission main shaft (18); a driving belt (23) is sheathed on a driving wheel A (20) and the driving wheel B (22) of the motor (21); two ends of a tray thruster connecting rod (2) are hinged with the tray thruster (1) and the crank (17); the cam (19) and the push rod (16) contact and match with each other; and two ends of a seed box assembly connecting rod (3) are hinged with the tray thruster (1) and the seed box assembly (9). The apparatus has advantages of good operating quality, high precision, high operation efficiency, reliable operation and reduced failures.
