The present invention relates to a golf swing aiding tool and a rotation exercise aid device for practicing golf, and more specifically, to an aiding tool for aiding so that a swing motion can be stably maintained when swinging in golf and a rotation exercise aid device for practicing golf which guides a stable rotation position of the body when swinging in golf and displays a rotation track of the body while so doing. To this end, the present invention provides the golf swing aiding tool and the rotation exercise aid device for practicing golf comprising: a belt member provided so as to be coupled to the body of a user; an insertion member which is provided so as to be arranged on the belt member, protrudes outward from the belt member to a specific length, and can be inserted into a handle portion of a golf club; and a separation prevention member, which is provided at an end portion of the insertion member, for preventing the insertion member from separation from the belt member.
