Provided is a public post approval request method that is executed on a server that publicly posts content. The server (100) comprises a plurality of pieces of contact information including contact information in which first represented user information for identifying a represented user that is included in content and a contact address for an approved user who represents the represented user are associated. The public post approval request method includes: a step in which the server (100) acquires second represented user information for the represented user; a step in which the second represented user information and the first represented user information are compared and the contact address for an approved user who represents the represented user is extracted from the plurality of pieces of contact information; and a step in which a public post approval request is transmitted to the contact address of the approved user.
