The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling reducing agent supply for exhaust fume denitrification and an exhaust fume denitrification system using same and, more specifically, to an apparatus for controlling reducing agent supply for exhaust fume denitrification and an exhaust fume denitrification system using same, the apparatus, which can select a proper execution module according to the installation locations and the number of analyzers and supply a reducing agent and thus can promote convenience for use and economical advantage, comprising: a function execution unit which comprises multiple execution modules for calculating the amount of a reducing agent, which needs to be supplied to exhaust fumes, in accordance with the installation locations and the number of the analyzers for measuring and outputting information on nitrogen oxides in the exhaust fumes; and an error correction unit for operating another execution module of the function execution unit according to the statuses of the analyzers in case a selected execution module does not operate due to the occurrence of an error in a part or the whole of the analyzers.
