Provided are a graphene oxide, a graphene-polymer composite, a coating liquid containing said graphene-polymer composite, a steel sheet coated with said graphene-polymer composite, and a method for manufacturing same. According to the present invention, a steel sheet is provided, in which graphenes can be directly coated to a base steel sheet without using a separate binder and said graphenes can be located on a coating layer, thus properties of the graphenes can be efficiently exhibited.
