The present invention relates to an immunochromatographic device for the rapid diagnosis of diseases caused by Clostridium difficile which, by means of applying the stool sample dispersed in a diluent, allows the simultaneous and differentiated detection of fecal Clostridium difficile glutamate dehydrogenase and lactoferrin and/or calprotectin by means of forming conjugates with colored particles and capturing them in a porous membrane.
