A cultivation method of a nutrient-strengthened selenium-rich rice comprises: after a nutrient solution formed by a selenium material, a product generated by using enzymolysis, a microelement, a natural ore, acetic acid, EDTA, a vitamin, an organosilicon, active water, a penetrating agent, a soluble modified starch, and an emulgator is diluted, spraying the diluted nutrient solution on leaf surfaces of the rice during a seedling period, a heading to flowering period and a grouting fructicative period of the rice. The selenium content of the rice obtained by using the cultivation method is 189 micrograms per kilogram, and the yield per mu can be improved by 5 to 10%.
