The embodiments herein disclose a method of scanning a search engine depending on the importance of the keywords and producing an effective output. The method comprises registering a user into the said system and providing an input through the said electronic device. The input is in the format of a text, a video or an audio. The method further comprises capturing the input provided by the user through the electronic device, recognizing the plurality of keywords from the input provided the user and scanning a plurality of global databases through the World Wide Web. The method further comprises highlighting the relevant documents found after scanning and providing a search result through the manual team or the plurality of electronic equipments.
