Disclosed are a rattan weaving imitative board and a manufacturing method therefor, and rattan weaving furniture assembled by the rattan weaving imitative board. By means of the manufacturing method for the rattan weaving imitative board, the rattan weaving imitative board of which a surface has an imitative grain is manufactured; and a connecting piece composed of a connecting column (7) and a connecting hole (8) is arranged on the rattan weaving imitative board, and the imitative board is combined with various auxiliary boards (4) so that all kinds of furniture can be obtained by splicing. Surfaces of longitudinal bars (32) and horizontal bars (31) of the rattan weaving imitative board are subject to acid etching to form the imitative grain. The present invention has a simple processing procedure, reduces the material consumption and costs, and obtains a vivid rattan weaving imitative board.
