A legitimacy confirmation login authentication system and a legitimacy confirmation login authentication method are disclosed. The legitimacy confirmation login authentication system comprises an account confirmation unit for confirming account information corresponding to a login request; a legitimacy confirmation unit for transmitting a predetermined confirmation signal to the terminal of a legitimate user corresponding to the login request; a control unit for enabling a the user terminal to log out or to maintain login when a user terminal requests login to a predetermined account of a web server providing a service. The control unit allows the login for all login requests authenticated based on login information.
