GIS-BASED DOCK AND QUAY SIMULATION SYSTEM BASED ON SHIP PRODUCTION SIMULATION FRAMEWORK

Existing ship production simulations have been developed individually and locally by demand departments, thereby have been operated with different structures. The existing ship production simulations have weaknesses in reusing or recycling modules because of the individual development or the different structures. The present invention, in order to compensate for or solve the weak points of the existing simulations, provides a ship production simulation framework commonly applicable to each ship building and ocean engineering business and an application system based on the ship production simulation framework regardless of different business environments, and a system for simulating a GIS information based facility, which is an application system based on the ship production simulation framework, discriminately applicable to each ship building and ocean engineering business according to different business environments. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for simulating a GIS information based facility based on the ship production simulation framework, capable of enhancing the extendability and the recylability by separably coupling the ship production simulation framework to the system for simulating a cross-check of ship production processes.
