PURPOSE: A visual aiding system based on visual attention analysis and a visual aiding method using visual attention analysis are provided to analyze visual attention of a user and supply an image corresponding to the analysis result to the user.;CONSTITUTION: A visual attention analyzing unit(400) generates visual attention analysis information for a visual attention image block corresponding to a visual attention area in image blocks. A controller(300) receives the visual attention analysis information from the visual attention analyzing unit. The controller extracts and expands the visual attention image block corresponding to the visual attention area from a first image based on the visual attention analysis information.
