Evaluating the characteristics of verbal communications observed from the human operators of nuclear power plants and the method thereof

PURPOSE: A verbal communication feature evaluation method of an atomic power plant is provided to systematically evaluate and manage communication with operators in an atomic power plant. CONSTITUTION: A communication structure analysis is performed between atomic power plant operators(S3-S5). The density about society network is calculated to evaluate cohesion between operators. Communication analysis is performed between operators(S8-S10). The obtained analysis result is synthesized. The synthesized information is supplied to a user(S6).
