PURPOSE: A Korean input device for automatically completing a Korean sentence and an automatic sentence completion method thereof are provided to supply user convenience by selecting a following character string from a candidate list without directly inputting the next character string. CONSTITUTION: A noun-based database(510) stores the next character string based on nouns included in a previous character string. A character string separating unit(520) separates nouns and postpositions from an input character string. A character string suggesting unit(530) suggests a following character string corresponding to the separated nouns from among the following character strings stored in the noun-based database as a candidate character string list. A character input unit(540) inputs a character string selected from the list as the following character string.
