PURPOSE: A method and a kit for detecting microorganism are provided to ensure high detection sensitivity and specificity. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting microorganism comprises: a step of preparing a primer for a microorganism to be detected; a step of performing RT-PCR using the primer; a step of preparing a probe with a specific base sequence in a PCR product; and a step of performing ELISA using the probe and PCR product. A kit for detecting microorganism contains the primer, DNA polymerase, dNTP, PCR buffer, and water(dH_2O).
