The present invention relates to a thermal hydrolysis apparatus for dewatered sludge, a thermal hydrolysis system equipped with a pre-heater including the same thermal hydrolysis apparatus, and a method for thermal hydrolysis and, more specifically, to a thermal hydrolysis system equipped with a pre-heater including a thermal hydrolysis apparatus, comprising a pre-heater for pre-heating dewatered sludge to be thermally hydrolyzed, with heat transfer oil provided from a separate line; a thermal hydrolysis apparatus receiving the dewatered sludge pre-heated in the pre-heater and including a plurality of reactors being alternately operated in a swinging method; and a filter press for dehydrating the dewatered sludge by separating liquid from the dewatered sludge hydrolyzed in the thermal hydrolysis apparatus.
