The present invention relates to a fixating apparatus for preventing damage to and breaking-away of a soundproof panel of a soundproof wall which is capable of securely fixating the soundproof panel onto a column such as an H-beam so that it does not become loose from the fixated state through external impact or vibration, and more specifically, to a fixating apparatus for preventing damage to and breaking-away of a soundproof panel of a soundproof wall which is provided to fixate the soundproof panel on an H-beam having first and second flanges formed to face each other and a web connecting the first and second flanges in the center of the H-beam. The fixating apparatus for preventing damage to and breaking-away of a soundproof panel of a soundproof wall comprises: a base frame contacting and pressing one vertical side of the soundproof panel to a first flange; a boss which is integrated with the base frame and formed perpendicular to the center part of the base frame, with a hollow formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof, a vertical long hole formed therein, and a male screw formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a pressing rod having one side inserted into the hollow of the boss in the axial direction, with a vertical fastening hole formed therein, and a pressing plate pressed to a second flange and formed on the other side; a fastening pin which vertically passes through the long hole of the boss and the fastening hole of the pressing rod and fastens the boss with the pressing rod; and a pressing nut which is formed on the left side of the long hole of the boss and which presses the upper and lower parts of the fastening pin toward the right side when tightened by screwing down, by being screw-connected to the female screw on the outer circumferential surface of the boss for securely pressing the pressing rod and the pressing plate to the second flange.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
