The present invention relates to a carrier for accelerating the percutaneous absorption of active ingredients indicating activity in cosmetic materials and, more specifically, to a triblock copolymer consisting of methoxy polyethylene glychol-polycaprolactone-methoxy polyethylene glychol capable of encapsulating the active ingredients into a nano-size, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cosmetic composition containing the same. The triblock copolymer according to the present invention improves the stability and dispersibility of the active ingredients of cosmetic materials by encapsulating the active ingredients into a micelle shape makes the active ingredients of the cosmetic composition rapidly penetrate into the inner portion of a skin by forming micelle particles encapsulated with the active ingredients of the cosmetic materials in a size for facilitating percutaneous absorption or transfer and is able to make active ingredients rapidly act on skin by being non-crystalized when the micelle particles are adsorbed in the skin since the crystal formation temperature of the triblock copolymer is in a range of 20~30°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
