摘要

The present invention produces a nano-sized intermetallic compound catalyst on the surface of metal supporters with various kinds and structures using the surface reaction among metals and a simple chemical gaseous deposition mode, and uses the intermetallic compound catalyst for synthesizing carbon nanotubes. The present invention can improve contact force between the synthesized carbon nanotubes and the metal supporters compare to an existing method, and can improve functions by being applied to application techniques requiring the combination of nano-materials and macro scale supporters.
