The present invention relates to the production of an SNO2 nanofiber composite with nitrogen-doped zinc oxide protrusion attached on the surface thereof and the application into a photocatalyst for decomposing organic pollutants. A manufacturing method of the nanofiber composite comprises a step of manufacturing a core-shell nanofiber by electrospinning with a mixed solution including a metal oxide precursor by a single nozzle and a step of manufacturing the nanofiber composite by heat-treating the same and forming a nitrogen-doped zinc oxide protrusion on a cell part with a zinc oxide fiber. When the composite is used as a visible light photocatalyst for decomposing organic pollutants, the decomposition efficiency is excellent. BY the present invention, inorganic nanofiber composites are easily manufactured by a simple nozzle electrospinning method with low costs. Besides, the inorganic nanofiber manufactured by the present invention is not influenced by the density of protrusion, size, and the diameter of a fiber and regardless of the kinds of organic materials, has effective photocatalyst performance.
